Shipping...

Your order means a great deal to us here at 'The Lakes Bath Tub ltd'. We package all of our orders with the greatest of care, to ensure they are kept safe and at low risk of damage. We use Royal Mail postal services  including 1st class postage (up to 2 working days) and 2nd class postage (3-5 working days) providing all items are all in stock.

Returns...

We take great pride in the products that we make and while we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand that on occasion's you may wish to return an item. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer 14 days after the date of receiving your order, either a full refund or exchange will be given providing that the goods are returned in the same condition they were sold in, (unopened due to health and hygiene reasons) also including all original packaging in a resalable condition and with original receipt returned. The item purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the package, but delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. 

Faulty Items...

We take every care to package your order so it arrives safely, however if your item/item's arrive damaged, please let us know via email or our contact form within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide a full refund or replacement wherever possible. After this time we cannot accept any responsibility for damages that haven't been reported within 48 hours. We may ask you to take a photograph of the damaged item/item's and the packaging it arrived in. This can help us with our services and prevent any reoccurrence.

Updating Information...

Please inform us by updating your account settings if any of your personal information changes (address, phone number, email etc) so we can keep you up to date and with news.

We are committed to protecting your privacy, as we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Your details are kept for no longer than is absolutely necessary and are handled according to the Data protection rights. All details are kept safe and secure. The reason we collect information is to process online orders and enquiries only.
